We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Tele Counselor/Admission Counselor/Tele Caller to generate and qualify leads, engage prospective students, schedule counseling sessions, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and familiarity with AI tools and modern technologies to enhance productivity and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive conversions.
  • Schedule counselling sessions and support the admissions process. 
  • Manage inquiries across calls, emails, social media, and website channels while maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Achieve lead generation and conversion targets through effective communication and relationship management
  • Coordinate with counsellors and admissions teams for smooth student onboarding. 

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
  • Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM/lead management systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability to new technologies
