Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele-counselor role based in Ahmedabad. The Tele-counselor will engage with clients to provide guidance, support, and detailed information about the services. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering inquiries via calls and emails, maintaining client communication, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role requires a focus on customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and maintaining professional client interactions.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Experience in sales, counseling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Demonstrates empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills in client interactions.
- Educational qualification in psychology, communications, or a relevant field is a plus.
