Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele-counselor role located in Mumbai. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for contacting and guiding prospective students, addressing queries about hospitality programs, and assisting with the enrollment process. The individual will maintain and update student records, communicate program benefits effectively, and support the admissions team in meeting enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport with potential students and their families
• Proficiency in telecalling, lead generation, and student counseling
• Ability to manage databases and maintain detailed records of interactions
• Knowledge of the hospitality and education sector is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience in counseling, marketing, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
