Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18 - Plot No, 21A, Sector 18, Gurugram, Sarhol, Haryana 122015

Experience: 6 Months – 1 year

Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (Result in Hand)

Salary: ₹19,500 – ₹25,000 CTC per Month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.

Counsel candidates about courses and career opportunities.

Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.

Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

Experience in Outbound Calling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Counselling.

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
