We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission / Academic Counselor who is passionate about guiding students toward the right career path in IT & Cyber Security. Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally
- Counsel students and parents on courses, fees, duration, and career outcomes
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the enquiry pipeline efficiently
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admissions
- Maintain accurate records and reports of enquiries and admissions
Who Can Apply
- Graduates / Undergraduates
- 1–4 years of experience in admission counseling, education sales, tele-calling, or inside sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a learning mindset are welcome
- No IT background required – complete training will be provided
