The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients over the phone. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about helping others and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic counseling sessions with clients to address their concerns and provide support.
• Assess client needs and develop appropriate action plans.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and client progress.
• Provide information on available resources and support services to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve counseling strategies and approaches.
