Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Work Mode: Onsite

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp & emails.

• Understand student profiles, budgets & preferred countries

• Guide students regarding study abroad opportunities.

• Schedule counseling appointments & follow-ups.

• Maintain CRM records and lead updates.

Coordinate with counselors and internal teams.

Required Skills:

Communication Skills | Telecalling | Counseling | Client Handling | Lead Conversion |CRM

Handling | Follow-up Skills | English Proficiency
