Monitoring & Documentation
- Track client progress toward goals and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of sessions, treatment plans, and notes.
Professional Development
- Stay updated with counseling techniques, mental health practices, and ethical standards.
- Participate in supervision, training, and skill enhancement opportunities.
