Description

We are seeking a motivated Tele Collections Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to customers to collect payments, resolving payment-related queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to customers for payment collection
Maintain accurate records of calls and payments
Resolve customer queries and issues related to payments
Follow up on payment commitments and negotiate payment plans
Provide excellent customer service while collecting payments

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
Basic knowledge of payment collection processes
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
