Tele-Collections Executive

Description

We are seeking a motivated Tele-Collections Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to negotiate payment plans.

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments
• Managing accounts receivable and following up on overdue invoices
• Negotiating payment plans and resolving payment disputes
• Updating customer information and payment status in the system
• Maintaining a positive relationship with customers while ensuring timely collections
• Generating reports on collection activities and outcomes

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in collections or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and management
• Basic understanding of financial principles and debt collection laws
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
