Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to customers for collections and follow-ups on overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and promises to pay.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (DRA certification or in progress).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 6 months experience in tele-calling (collections or related roles preferred).
  • DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified or trained and ready to appear for certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM tools (preferred).

Location Preference:

  • Candidates residing in Central Line or Western Line (Mira Road, Bhayandar, Borivali) are preferred for ease of commute.
  • Bus pick-and-drop facility provided from Thane Station to office.
