Role Responsibilities:

• Make reminder calls for EMI due or missed payments
• Educate customers on consequences of non-payment and available payment modes
• Coordinate with field team for payment collection if needed
• Update call and collection details in the system

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from any stream
• 0–2 years of experience in collections or customer calling
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Clear communication and convincing ability
