Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and transactions in the database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of dues.
• Resolve customer queries and issues related to payments.
• Provide excellent customer service while discussing payment options.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
