• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of telemarketing software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.
