We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Callers to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in sales and customer service. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, while also handling incoming calls and providing support to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.
• Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the call process.
• Document call details and outcomes in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telegu is preferred
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of telemarketing and sales techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems is a plus.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
