Role Description

We are looking for a Tele Calling Sales Executive to join our team in an on-site capacity at our location. This is a full-time role requiring proactive engagement with clients through phone calls. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers, understanding their packaging needs, generating and following up on leads, addressing inquiries, and closing sales. The position also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in line with organizational goals for customer service excellence.

• Proficiency in tele-calling practices, customer engagement, and sales prospecting
• Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain organized and accurate records
• Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and enthusiasm for sales
• Previous experience in B2B sales or the packaging/food industry is an added advantage
• Fluent in local languages and English for effective communication
