Job Title: Tele Calling

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales / Telesales Executive (also advertised as Telecalling Executive / Telecaller) to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services, generate qualified leads, and support the sales process. This title enhances discoverability for candidates searching for telecalling, telesales, or inside sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers with a focus on outcomes (e.g., 60–100 outbound dials per day) and convert contacts into qualified leads—aim to generate measurable qualified leads weekly (example target: 10–15 qualified leads/week).
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria, document qualification rationale, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team; strive for a high appointment-to-attendance ratio (target ≥90%).
  • Respond to inbound enquiries promptly (example SLA: initial response within 2 hours) and follow up systematically to progress opportunities through the sales funnel, aiming to improve lead-to-conversion rates week-over-week.
  • Maintain CRM and customer databases with >95% data accuracy by updating lead status, call notes, outcomes and next steps within 24 hours of interaction to ensure traceability and reduce lead leakage.
  • Provide clear, professional and accurate product information; resolve common queries on first contact where possible and escalate complex issues within agreed SLAs to minimize time-to-resolution.
  • Meet or exceed agreed daily/weekly performance metrics (calls, qualified leads, appointments, conversions); track personal KPIs and share concise weekly performance summaries with the team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (as listed in Additional Details).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with diverse customer profiles. Proficiency in English and local language(s) is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to use calling/telephony tools; willingness to learn CRM platforms and telecalling software.
  • Customer-focused, persuasive, and target-driven with the ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls (example expectation: 60–100 dials/day).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site as required; strong time-management and documentation habits (update CRM within 24 hours).
  • Open to both freshers and experienced candidates; freshers should demonstrate eagerness to learn and a professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer outreach (appointment setting or lead qualification experience is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and experience maintaining high data accuracy.
  • Experience in the education or technology services sector and understanding of sales funnels or appointment-setting processes.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and providing concise performance updates.
