Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Calling role based in Janakpuri. The Tele Caller will handle outgoing and incoming calls to engage prospective and existing customers, explain automotive loan and refinancing options, and provide clear information about products and services. Daily tasks include generating leads, following up on inquiries, updating customer records in the system, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to support loan processing. The role also involves answering customer queries, resolving basic issues, and maintaining a professional and courteous communication style to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English/Hindi and active listening abilities.
  • Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and the ability to explain financial products convincingly.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, such as maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer data, and following process guidelines.
  • Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email communication.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, call center operations, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Janakpuri, meet daily call targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
