Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive, based in Moradabad. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining the services offered by the foundation, and answering inquiries. They will also be instrumental in coordinating participation for training programs, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and supporting outreach campaigns to promote financial literacy initiatives.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and delivering clear information
- Telephone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive speaking skills
- Ability to maintain detailed records, organize tasks, and prioritize responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of financial literacy or a willingness to learn about the securities market
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and office software
- Adaptability, a problem-solving mindset, and team collaboration skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is advantageous but not mandatory
