We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Manage and update customer information in the database after each call.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and report on progress to the team lead.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and internet navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Particularly into Real estate, construction, Automobile, hotel management
