Role Description

The Telecalling Executive will engage with potential and existing clients through outbound and inbound calls to promote VitaSkills Academy's programs and services. The role involves bringing in new students , providing detailed program information and maintaining customer records. Additionally, the executive will contribute to client satisfaction by ensuring effective communication and follow-up. This is a part-time on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluka, requiring regular interaction with the team and clients within the academy premises.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective verbal communication and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Customer Service Proficiency: Experience in handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing a pleasant customer experience.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office, database systems, and telephony tools.
• Proactive and Goal-Oriented Attitude: Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Preferred but Not Mandatory: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role, and understanding of the educational training sector.
