Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Call up the leads shared.
  • Update and Track the calling data through software.
  • Search for potential candidates on various job boards.
  • Post a job on different on-line sites to create database.
  • Each day minimum calls benchmark has to be met.
  • Counsel the candidates about the job opportunities abroad either Virtual or In-personal.
  • Month on Month targets must be met.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate with minimum experience can apply for this role.
  • Should have excellent communication
  • Convincing and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be self driven with a zeal to achieve targets month on month.
