Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in telecalling or customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree is required.
  • Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
