Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Telecalling Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should be confident in handling customer calls and fluent in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain products/services
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call records
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets
- Maintain a polite and professional approach during all interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar role
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call tracking
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales or customer support telecalling
- Target-oriented mindset
