Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Telecalling Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should be confident in handling customer calls and fluent in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls professionally
  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain products/services
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call records
  • Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns
  • Meet daily and monthly calling targets
  • Maintain a polite and professional approach during all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar role
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively
  • Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call tracking

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sales or customer support telecalling
  • Target-oriented mindset
