Job Title: Tele calling - Customer Survey
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to conduct customer surveys for FMCG brands, gather insights through telecalling, and analyze the collected data to generate meaningful business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer surveys through telecalling, online forms, and other channels.
- Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback and insights.
- Record responses accurately and maintain a well-organized survey database.
- Analyze survey data to identify customer trends and insights.
- Prepare simple reports and presentations to share findings with internal teams and brand partners.
- Work with different teams to convert customer feedback into actionable strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of surveys.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer surveys, or market research is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of SPSS, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage).
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and meeting survey targets.
