We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our Life Insurance products and generate Leads, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to Life insurance Products and services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and conversions.
- Follow up with leads and provide information to convert them into customers.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good listening skills and the ability to address customer concerns.
- Experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
