This is a full-time, on-site Tele Calling & Monitoring Executive position based in Guwahati. The role involves engaging with customers via phone, achieving targeted sales goals, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting the sales team by following up on leads. The role requires a target-oriented mindset, proactive communication, and high levels of professionalism.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer literacy with experience in MS Office tools and CRM systems
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle client queries with a positive attitude
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in the local language of Guwahati and English is highly desirable
