Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents to provide information regarding the institution's educational programs. Day-to-day tasks include making and receiving calls, answering inquiries, maintaining a database of leads, and guiding prospective students through the application and admission process. Additionally, the Tele Caller will collaborate with internal teams to address student concerns and contribute to admissions targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Telephone Handling and Customer Service Abilities
  • Comfortable with Data Entry and Maintaining Records
  • Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to explain complex details effectively and courteously
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage
  • Experience in admissions, telemarketing, or customer support is a plus
