Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Tele Callers based in Pune. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients to provide information about travel and hospitality services, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Tele Callers will also be responsible for assisting clients with booking processes, maintaining records of customer interactions, and providing tailored recommendations based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
• Effective telecalling abilities, including active listening, persuasion, and relationship-building with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client interactions efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of travel and hospitality services, with experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, such as CRM software or MS Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet established targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
