Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecallers role based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about our services, and guiding them through the application and admission process. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries via calls, scheduling and conducting follow-ups, sharing relevant course and university information, and assisting with documentation. The Telecaller will collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for students at every stage of the process.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 23 years of telecalling experience
• Ability to effectively handle student inquiries, resolve queries, and provide guidance
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic computer applications
• Experience in customer service, counseling, or telecalling in the education sector is a plus
• A proactive approach with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with clients
• Fluency in English, along with proficiency in regional languages, is advantageous
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
