Job Summary:We are looking for empathetic and target-driven telecallers to join our patient engagement team.You will play a vital role in converting leads into walk-ins, collecting feedback post-OPD andpost-surgery, and following up with patients who dropped off after initial consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and guide them toward booking consultations or walk-insFollow up on post-OPD and post-surgery patients to collect feedback and ensure satisfactionCall and convert patients who dropped off after OPD but did not proceed with treatment/surgeryMaintain accurate records of calls, status updates, and patient interactionsCoordinate with front ofice and clinical teams for real-time appointment trackingShare information about services, pricing, and promotions when neededMeet daily/weekly conversion and engagement targets
Requirements
:03 years of experience in telecalling/customer service, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics,or clinics
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, and EnglishStrong listening and persuasion skillsBasic computer proficiency (CRM/Excel experience is a plus)Empathetic and patient-centric attitude
