Tele Caller

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and follow up with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the sales team when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach while communicating with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Ability to handle customer objections and queries.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
