Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold or warm calls to prospective buyers from database lists.
- Information Sharing: Explain property specifications, pricing, and location benefits, and send brochures via WhatsApp or email.
- Appointment Booking: Coordinate and schedule site visits for field sales executives.
- CRM Management: Update client feedback, call statuses, and follow-up schedules accurately in the database.
Job Requirements & Skills
- Communication: Clear verbal skills in local languages like Tamil, plus Good English for professional contexts.
- Experience: Ranging from freshers (1yrs to 6+ years in telemarketing, BPO, or real estate sales support
- Male or Female candidates both are ok
