Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients, promote our IT/SaaS products, and drive lead conversion through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / telecalling, preferably in IT or SaaS products.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil (mandatory).
- Confidence in engaging with clients over phone and video meetings.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus.
