Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the weight loss programs and services offered by VeCura Wellness, and scheduling consultations with wellness experts. The Telecaller will maintain a database of client information, follow up with clients, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and convince potential clients
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Customer service orientation and ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in Tamil & English And Telugu
