Tele caller / Tele Counsellor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Telecaller/Tele Counsellor. The core responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective students, providing detailed information about the university's programs, addressing queries, and guiding them through the admission process. The role involves maintaining communication records, regularly following up with leads, and offering personalized counseling to ensure a positive experience for every applicant.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct professional counselling and effectively guide students in their decision-making process
• Experience in telecalling and customer service, with a persuasive and approachable demeanor
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or tools is advantageous
• Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
• Relevant experience in educational counselling or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field is a plus
