Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele caller Team Leader located in Surat. The Tele caller Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of tele callers, ensuring they meet their targets, coaching and mentoring team members, monitoring calls for quality assurance, preparing performance reports, and developing strategies to optimize team performance. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing call operations, addressing customer queries, handling escalations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
