Tele Caller

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller, based in Kolkata. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to communicate with clients, follow up on leads, and provide updates or responses to inquiries. The role involves maintaining client relationships, collecting feedback, and addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities may include documenting call details and working collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and customer engagement efforts.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Organizational skills for documenting call details and managing follow-ups
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and call software
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is an advantage
• Fluency in English, and additional proficiency in regional languages is a plus
