Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling : Contacting prospective and existing clients using predefined scripts to promote products, services, or special offers.
- Lead Generation : Identifying potential customers and qualifying leads for the sales team.
- Data Management : Maintaining and updating customer records, call logs, and feedback in CRM systems or Excel.
- Target Achievement : Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
- Follow-up : Nurturing leads through regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
Qualifications, Experience Skillset
- Graduate or equivalent, Candidates with technical degree are preferred.
- 0-2 years Inside Sales/tele-calling experience; Freshers are also welcome.
- Exposure in IT Sales, Software sales or EdTech preferred.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly in human behavior.
- Must be Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia
- Excellent communication, Tele-calling skills convincing approach.
