Profile Summary - Tele- Caller
The objective of the position is to drive revenue, growth and expansion of our client base, aiming to build and develop strong and long-term relationships with key decision-makers in renowned educational institutions by promoting our products and services and closing the sales prospects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling: o Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to prospective clients. o Ensure a professional and polite tone during all interactions.
2. Lead Conversion: o Engage potential customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into sales. o Build rapport and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
3. Follow-ups: o Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to close deals effectively. o Provide solutions to address client concerns or objections during the sales process.
4. Target Achievement: o Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. o Maintain focus on quality conversions while achieving numbers.
5. Client Database Management: o Update and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. o Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
6. Professionalism: o Exhibit sincerity, integrity, and a proactive attitude towards work. o Handle rejection positively and remain motivated to achieve targets.
7. Flexibility: o Adapt to non-standard working hours, including late evenings, to ensure closures. o Be available to address customer queries at convenient times for them.
Knowledge Skills (Must have)
Education- Any Graduation, Post-Graduation, (preferred Sales)
Experience- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Core Educational Field Sales (B2B)
Knowledge of Educational Institutions and its working cycle o Excellent verbal communication (English & Hindi)
o Ability to speak fluently and persuasively to engage potential clients.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
o Ability to handle clients with patience and empathy.
