We are seeking a Tele Caller to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, or freshers eager to start their professional journey. The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding client requirements, providing information about our services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Other daily tasks include scheduling appointments, handling queries, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Ability to listen actively, empathize, and respond appropriately to customer queries
• Skilled in maintaining accurate records of calls and customer information
• Basic familiarity with telecommunication systems and tools
• A team player with a customer-centric attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication are a plus
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer handling is an advantage but not mandatory
