As a Telecaller - Sales at Real Romez, you will play a pivotal role in generating sales leads and driving revenue through phone calls to potential customers. Your primary objective will be to promote our products or services, understand customer needs, and persuade them to make a purchase or take the desired action.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or sales representative is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language(s) and proficiency in English.
- Persuasive and convincing abilities to sell products/services over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software or basic computer skills to manage customer data..
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
