Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller + Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, explaining company services, and generating qualified leads. The Tele Caller + Sales Executive will schedule meetings, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate call records, and update the CRM or sales database. The role includes supporting the sales process by preparing basic proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in closing deals. The individual will work closely with senior consultants and sales leadership to meet targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and build rapport over the phone.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities, including lead generation, follow-up, and conversion of prospects into clients.
• Comfort with using phones, CRM tools, and standard office software to record interactions and manage client information.
• Ability to understand and explain financial and consultancy services in simple, clear language.
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Ahmedabad.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
