We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates for the role of Tele Caller / Sales Development Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English & regional language preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
