Job Description

Hiring: Customer Care Executive Voice Process -Bengali

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 0 3Years

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Industry: Telecom / Broadband / MSO

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls within SLA timelines
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
  • Maintain Average Handling Time (AHT) and After Call Work (ACW) targets
  • Ensure adherence to shift schedules, login hours, and break timings
  • Follow all process updates and report issues in real time
  • Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and empathy
  • Raise and manage service requests/dockets through system, calls, or emails

Salary - 1 LACS to 1.68 LACS Per Annum.

Education : 10th and above.

Location: Bidhannagar, Kolkata Head Office
