As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information to customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends.

• Excellent communication skills in English Telugu Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
