Tele Caller (Punjabi/Tamil/Kannada)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant teams when required.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
