Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the management
• Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus
