Tele-Caller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote recruitment and staffing services
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle basic customer queries and provide telephony support
