Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, connecting with potential and existing students to provide guidance on courses and educational opportunities. The Telecaller will handle queries, provide detailed program information, and maintain accurate records of interactions. They will also support students during the admission process and ensure a positive communication experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle students queries effectively and provide relevant information
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in using telephone systems and basic computer applications
• Basic knowledge of the educational industry, including entrance exams and courses, is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are an added advantage
• Graduation Required In Any Field
